How to create a FAQ page for your website

If you’ve got any sort of business that deals with clients and the general public (and especially if you’re offering digital or software products), I’ll bet you’ve answered a lot of the same questions over and over again. In this Minima tutorial I’ve got a simple solution that will cut down on your customer support and put all of your answers in one place.

The FAQ (frequently asked questions) page is a great resource you can create to quickly answer commonly asked questions. Cut down on time consuming back and forth inquires by simply send a link to your page.

    This is a fantastic video, Michelle! Easy to understand and take action on, which I love. I remember talking with you about the need for a FAQ page on my own site so this is a great reminder. I really like the idea of using an FAQ page for not only support-type questions, but also as a way to answer questions that potential clients might have when trying to decide whether or not to purchase your product/service. And thanks for the tag tip!
